Fragmented trucking operations.

Dispatchers assign loads by phone, drivers report status by text, mileage is logged by hand and earnings are calculated in spreadsheets. Every handoff is a chance for a missed pickup, a wrong address or a payroll dispute, and nobody has a live picture of where each job stands.
